剧情介绍
In this sequel to Brat (The Brother), this film opens with Danila Bagrov (Sergei Bodrov Jr.) being interviewed on television with two friends from the army. All three now live in Moscow, where Ilya Setevoy (Kirill Pirogov) is a programmer at a history museum, Konstantin (Kostya) Gromov (Alexander Dyachenko) works in security for a bank.After the interview, the friends retire to a bathhouse where Kostya reveals that his twin brother, Dmitry Gromov, is an ice hockey player for the Chicago Blackhawks and is being blackmailed by American kingpin Richard Mennis (Gary Houston). - Among the people Danila meets in the Ostankino Television Center are Leonid Yakubovich and Valdis Pelsh, popular Russian TV hosts who are also actors themselves. He meets Yakubovich right next to the museum of his show "Pole chudes" (the Russian analog of Wheel of Fortune (1983)) and then says hello to Pelsh in the elevator.
- The film is a sequel to the 1997 Brother by the same director.
- Irina Saltykova is a real pop star. The scene at her place was filmed in her real apartment.
