  • The radio scenes were filmed at the studios of KFI AM 640, while the Rush Limbaugh show was airing. KFI is the top talk radio station in Los Angeles. The actors and actresses had to film off to the side, so they did not interfere with the operation of the radio station.
  • 丹·艾克罗伊德 delivers the same Queens joke (to two flight attendants) that 约翰·特托罗 opened with on stage at the magic club in Desperately Seeking Susan (1985) (his second appearance). Aykroyd receives a much warmer reception.
  • The film was released seventeen years after its source novel of the same name by Ken Kolb had been published.
  • This psychiatric comedy movie's trailer declared that the film would be coming soon to a theater you can deal with.
