Continuity: While they're having dinner, Johnston spears several carrots on his fork, nudging one off the edge of the plate and onto the table. In the next shot, it's gone.

Errors made by characters (possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): When the covers of Carmen's books are shown, one misspells "Enlightenment" as "Enligtenment."

Miscellaneous: When the phone rings in the motel room, the red light on the phone does not blink which is how those phones work.

Continuity: When Don speaks with the receptionist at Dr Markowski's office, the angle of the laptop relative to the table changes repeatedly between shots.

Continuity: The blue rental car that Murray drives to the farmhouse has different style wheels than the car that Murray wakes up in after being beat up.

Continuity: Between each girlfriend visit they would always show a plane ascending in the sky. However, the rental car didn't necessarily change - there was only the white Taurus and the blue Taurus. Was each girlfriend in a different state and he just so happened to have the same cars twice?
